im looking at a 445 industrial gas burner that seems to be in very nice unrestored condition. the seller says it has a rebuilt motor. it only has a drawbar on the back end, no 3 point.it has nice turf tires. and the sheet metal is in very nice condition. if i remember right the gauges were in good condition also. this tractor has orange paint. he is askig $2500 for it, do you guys think this is to much money, about right, good buy, or a steal. thanks for your time.

I agree with the rest of the guys, sounds like too much with no three point. I bought a 4-star with the 3-point that is over all very good condition, runs excellent, with excellent tires for $1750.00 But I don't know what MM tractors go for in the area that you live in. I live in Minnesota, and there are alot of them here. Its kind of like Glenn said, how bad do you want it? Good Luck
Mike

Sounds on the high side to me I have seen good M-5s with 3 point go for that. maybe they go for more in your area. I think you could do better.

I guess it depends on alot of varibles, location, weather you can believe the guy about the motor, and most of all how bad do you want it. Most people want 3 pt. hitch on a small tractor like this, the turf tires are something else to consider, can you use it this way or will you need regular tires.I have to agree with the others 2500 is high,I've seen nice M5s and 302s sell of 2000. glenn
