I'm having a little trouble timing a MF 95 with a Roosa Master inj. pump of a G706. The shop went through the pump and injectors. I made no corrections to the pump and am timing according to MF 95 specs.Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks Curt, maybe I'm 180 degrees out from TDC #1, how would I verify when I'm at TDC with #1 cylinder? Thanks in advance

Depending who has worked on this tractor in the past the fly wheel may not be installed in the correct position. Can be installed in six different ways. Remove number five and six valve cover and roll engine counter clockwise if you were setting in the seat. Then watch number six intake valve (next to last) and as soon as pushrod just starts to come up you will be very close to TDC number 1. Also MM engines with Rosa
pumps were timed at end of injection.

The best way to check is remove the front rocker arm cover and check the pushrods for #1 cylinder. If its #1 tdc, they should both be loose. If its #6, they will be tight.

What kind of trouble are you having? They are pretty simple. Get the engine on or about TDC No.1 (maybe 11 degress before), remove the little window on the side of the pump and get the lines lined up and install. You may have to move it a toothe forward or back but when you're done, with the flywheel a few degrees advance of TDC No.1, the lines behind the window of that pump must be lined up.
