I have the chance to buy an M670 super with bad heads. I also have a partial engine from a 602 diesel... good heads, fuel pump etc. basically the top half. How hard would it be with these parts to turn the 670 Super into a diesel ? Looks to me to be simple and very possible... Am I missing something here ??

yes the 670 is a gas ...the crankcase on the 602 is bad... whole thing is probably more than I think... I want to make a mowing tractor and fear the gas usage on the 670 would be high Thanks for the reply

The M670 must be gas? The diesel engine has two extra head studs. However the crank is the same if this is whats wrong with the M602.
