Can someone tell me the differance between a model UTS and a UTS Special, and did it come in either diesel or LP versions ? Obviously all had wide fronts.

Just too add. The casting under the rad is different to allow for power steering setup. Most didn't have the power steering option. The hood is different as the sides removed easily. The hood sides were smooth and on the left side had a large jut to allow for power steering. I have 2 u diesel specials and I had 1 gas none of which had power steering.

UTS was regular U with standard front end. UTS Special or U Special was the standard version of the U at the time the UB Specials were made. They had a flat bar grille like the ZA ZB and G models and power steering, and most i believe had the large wheatland fenders on them.
