GVI Diesel engine miss

I recently bought a GVI and finally got time to use it today pulling a box scraper. The problem is it has a miss in the engine. Would a pluged or bad injector be causing this? The tractor has set for a long time before I got it. Is there anything else that could be causing this?

Hey Nebraska,
There could be a few things causing the miss, hard to say without hearing it. A clogged injector could be your problem, may also be a stuck valve especially if the tractor has been sitting around for some time.again hard to say, best way to tell is start the tractor and crack each injector line one at a time and see if this makes a difference to a particular cylinder. I also have a Gvi and it crackles a bit when it first strarts up from cold but soon sorts itself out in a minute or two. Good luck!,
