My 335 has a nice set of 24" wheels with the 6-bolt pattern. Other folk"s 335s have 28" wheels. I"d like to find the scalloped 6-bolt centers fit my good 28" rims. Which size was more common? I know 28" was optional according to my sales literature. All 445 and Jet Stars had 8-bolt wheels. I got a pile of them.

Thanks,
Ethan

"All 445 and Jet Stars had 8-bolt wheels" ????
Both my 445s have 9 bolt 38s on the back and one has 6 bolt 16s on the front. The other is a 445N.

My 335 Utility came with 28's on it. My 335 Industrial w/Ottawa backhoe & loader also has 28's on it but they have 12 holes and bolts in them instead of 6. Most of the 335's that I have seen that had 24's were ones that were used for mowing along highways. You could weld a piece on each star point and drill new holes.

By far, most of the MM 335 utilities I've seen had 24" wheels and all the Cockshutt 20's I've seen had 24's.

Can only say that my 335 utility has 24" wheels. (Power adjust rims)Right now it has 12.?-24 Safemarks on them. This makes the tractor itself almost as large as the Jetstar it is parked beside.

I've never seen a 335 utility with 28" tires.

To make the swap you may have to look at some other make rims like from an Allis Chalmers. That is where I got one wheel center (Allis CA). The original was warped.

It has 24" Allis CA wheels. Nice but too small. It was used as a county mower tractor. Can't find a smal 6-bolt Allis with 28" wheels. Moline BF will work.
