I have a decal catalog from Maple Hunter and it lists different decals for a GVI. One set is black and the other set is red. Which one should I use? Does it matter, or did Moline change the decal color during production? My tractor is a 1962, I think, I will have to look to be sure.

Thanks
Nebraska

Was the black used before the red? I've seen a 1959 GVI in a salvage yard with black with brown. Mine is a 1960 and is red striped with a bronze belly.

NEBRASKA - IF YOUR GVI HAS DYNA BROWN BELLY, YOU WOULD USE THE BLACK DECALS. IF YOUR GVI HAS " BRONZE METALLIC" BELLY, YOU WOULD USE RED DECALS. I HAVE SEEN THIS DECAL COMBO. DONE EITHER WAY, BUT WHAT I HAVE DESCRIBED IS ORIGINAL FACTORY COLOR CODE. I PERSONALY THINK BRONZE METALLIC AND RED IS MORE ATTRACTIVE . THAT IS WHAT MINE IS. JUST MY OPINION !!!!! !!!
