Okay! It is that time of year again. Time to start thinking about those winter projects. What is everyone going to be working on.

Me? I am hoping to get back onto my 2 Star loader. I got side tracked this year by a UTN,a Jet Star, a 1960 Ford F 250 Crew Cab, a Moline BF, a 602 Diesel, tumbleweeds and butterflies. With all the distractions out of the way, I will hopefully get back to the 2 Star.

With all the auctions I saw listed this summer people must have picked up a lot of MMs needing TLC.

Well SWM, since I missed out on that 2 Star Crawler in PA earlier this summer, I will continue work on my early 670 and UTC. And, if time permits, Im going to shoot for redoing a ZB and ZTSearly boyhood tractors done for old time sake.

Gonna clean up and paint the old '47 UTU...oh, and change the leaking right axle seal. Gotta make the old Minnie purdy, she's such a good runnin' ol' hoss. Then I guess it's back to the Johnny Poppers and get the '48 A's block bored out to whatever cleans up the pits in no. 1 cylinder and some new 6.5 to 1 oversized alummy pistons put in it...and get the head faced off about .060 or so. Gotta get a little more pep out of the old Putt-putt.

Hehe, I'll probably be working on a bit of everything. I have a 1953 UTS that needs a little tuning and fixing before it can hit the stock pulling circuit next summer. I might put the flywheel back on my John Deere 70 diesel standard, and maybe fix the pup motor. If I have time, I might also do an engine rebuild on my Ferguson TEA20. Oh, and I should tinker on my 1953 Mercury 2 ton truck.

No shortage of projects for the next couple years. :-)

I am working on a Big MO 400 Military. As soon as I get the brakes working I think I will put the clutch in my ZAS and straighen out the hydraulics. Then there is the other ZAS with orchard tin that needs a zillion hours of body work.
Then there is that Mocraft that mainly needs rings and paint. . .
I guess I have project deficit disorder. Almost all of them are running but need "one more thing"-and THEN paint.

just going to work on making some more weight brackets for my U puller, and maybe make an adjustable hitch for it too. Not going to be a lot of shop time this winter, as the wife and i are having our first child in december...wife thinks i should be changing diapers instead of 'working on that dumb tractor'!!

Looks like I have a 206 R and a 403 U that need to get finished for good as well as button up a few details on a 335 and 5-star. Finish gathering my pile of G parts and at least assemble a rolling JTU out of pieces. We"ll see...first things first... CLEAN THE SHOP!!!

I hope to make more progress on our UBED this year than I did last year. Its been in the shop going on 6 years or more now shoved back in a corner. It's completely disassembled but I did get the differential and trans gears back in it this summer. Spent the last month rearranging the shed to fit in all the additions from the past 6 months. Came to the terrible realization that I've got to sell some (ZBU and 2 RTIs) to make room for the latest additions.

I'm gonna try to get on my GTB/LP, take off 4209 heads, put on 4210 heads, take off mag, install waterpump shaft, distributor, hyd pump and hyd system along with a new radiator and a Behlen power steering unit. Wanna make the plow days interesting in a bigger way and make it easier on my arms, lift the plow with 1 finger, turn the steering wheel with 1 finger.
