Has anyone used the Martin Senour paint that is available at NAPA? They are proposing a urethane enamel. They have a Prairie Gold that looks pretty good color wise. If you have, I'd like your opionion on that paint. Seems reasonably priced and correct color.

I run a NAPA store and I also collect and restore tractors. The Martin-Senour paint is good quality paint that is easy to apply and holds up well. I have used Dupont, PPG, and Four Seasons and I think Martin-Senour is just as good as any of those, and more affordable. We had a gentelman from our area with an Oliver tractor painted with our paint on the Classic Tractor Fever calendar a few years ago.
Try it. I think you will like it.

I just finished painting my tractor with their paint. If you would like to see a picture of how the paint looks, go to the tractor photos section of this website and look at the picture of the 48 MM R by Lyle. The paint was good to work with, but use their whole product line from thinner to primer to paint and hardner. Cost wasn't to bad either. Good Luck with your project.

I used thier gray on my TC MTA and the green on my Oliver88 and both are holding up real well,JMO.That was 10 & 7 years ago and they both still look nice.Good luck.

I was thinking about painting my GTB that gray color. Is it glossy metallic or pretty flat? I mean gold is ok but I have been pulling mine two years gray primer color and it is known as the gray Moline so I was thinking about a nice gray like the twin citys were.
