i pulled the sleeves from my 445 and the "o" ring's and backing washers (leathers) are pretty flat. i also noticed some pitting in the sleeve itself, plus my parts book shows another "gasket" on the end of the sleeve but i dont see one or where it goes for sure. can i hone these sleeve's or must they be replaced, and should both sleeve's come out of the bore pretty easy?
thanks,,,,Gary

The sleeves don't always come out easy. The 10A6312 gasket is available from Welters and once you have it in your hand you'll probably have a better idea of where it actually goes. I wouldn't feel bad about running a hone through there, the O-rings and backing rings ought to be able to compensate for anything you can take out with a hone.
