Ipulled this cam from my 5 star and im woundering if someone would know what the lift is on the int and exh lobes....

If all you want if lift, take a mike or dial caliper, measure a cam lobe at the widest point. That will be your max. number. Then measure a lobe at 90 degrees from that point. That will be your 'base circle' then subtract the base circle number from the max. to get lift.

Now for duration, it gets complicated in a hurry.

Since its a worn cam you need to check more than 1 lobe to get an average.
