guys, a customer of mine, more importantly a friend, brought over his 602. It will eat 3/4 quart of oil in 1.5 hours running time. It has very minor oil leaks( a drop or 2). It's not pumping oil to thr radiator or the clutch. Yes it does have some blow by and you can smell a slight oil smell in exhaust, but i mean slight. No blue smoke or anything. What gives? thats alot of oil usage with no puddles! thanks

Well, If its not going in the radiator or the clutch housing, it seems like it has to be going out the crankacase breather or else out the exhaust.

My first impression is it needs rings, and maybe oversize pistons, but you might take the valve covers off and see if its pumping way too much oil up there.

also, what is the oil pressure? I just wonder if its too high. And a worn bottom end will sometimes throw off so much oil the oil rings can't handle it.
