The sediment bowl is located on the right side of the tractor behind the side curtain at the bottom of the gas tank. About 18 inches to the rear from the carb. Shut the gas valve and then loosen the knob in the bail to remove the glass bowl.

Hey Cole, the MM 206 engine is a good engine. Check that the distributor is spinning, then check that it is firing on time, make sure you are getting a completed ground through your point contacts, make sure you have power voltage from your switch to the coil, then check that you are getting a ground signal from your points to the negitive side of the coil. Check your ditributor cap and rotor button for problems. If you find your distributor is not spinning then the oil pump drive shaft coupler may have sheered the roll pin. Good luck

Check for spark...i bet you have sucked a bunch of crud into the sediment bowl..mine was full of some balckish looking crap causing it to run rough at half or better throttle..gave her a bgood cleaning and fixed it..let us know what goes ..gregg
