I am still considering moving the crankshaft gear back one tooth on the cam gear. In my earlier post LW posts that the tractor will not run good. I am already having diesaling and idling problems when but I shut it off it runs great at high rpm. I think I fixed the diesaling problem as I found the dist. advance was not working. Will it run worst at idle?

I think you need to re-read what I posted! I niether approve or disapprove of advancing the stock cam. I simply stated If someone has what they believe are "great results" in advancing a stock cam one tooth( about 10 crank degrees) Then what kind of results would they have with a camshaft actually ground for thier combination, The stock cam in a stock 403 makes peak power at approx. 930 RPM, Advancing that further moving the peak power point down may be an improvement in some applications, But I highly doubt it will be the best solution if someone is looking to maximize the potential of thier combination. If you want more info I'll be glad to provide it. I have done numerous camshaft testing in Molines with much investment I believe I have the best grind going for the "big engines" with HD heads, Most of what we do though are stock pullers.
