Is there any place that repaints the name plates on the side of the hood on a 670 super? I want to surprise my husband for Christmas. Thanks for any ideas.

I'd pursue the decals Kevin mentioned. To repaint the side emblems is quite a labor intensive project. I've done similar emblems before but not quite as large and there was several hours of taping involved for each color (black letters and white background with bare aluminum inbetween).

I am not sure about repainting them either except to take them to a place that does sign painting or a custom car shop that does pinstriping detailing and such. I also have the name of a place that makes a decal that goes over the metal embossed letters instead of painting that looks real nice as well. Looks strange on the decal sheet but once applied to the metal plate looks real good. I can send you the info if you email me, I left it open so you can reply if you think you maybe interested.

I don"t know of any place that does that, but I must say what a lucky man to have such a wife...I hope you can find a place. I bet that would make him very happy.
