can anyone tell me where to locate a serial number for a MM BF? There is no plate on the right side of the frame. I think this is a 1952-53 model....thanks for now...

The serial # for the V is on top of the right frame rail, directly on top of where the bellhousing bolts to the frame. Don't know about the BF, but ask on the Minneapolis-Moline site, someone there can guide you to it. Forgot, there is no plate, it's stamped INTO the frame rail.

Well, I will have to take a look when I go to see this tractor...I have not looked on the top of the right hand frame rail.I know the Avery V has a number on the rh frame rail. Does anyone out there have a picture they could show of where the serial number is?
