Marvel Schebler / Zenith catalog shows the 445 used a TSX-633, TSX-713, or TSX-797 and all used the same K7515 kit. All were also replaced with a newer Zenith 014991 carb that is still available new. For the TSX-633 the adjustable needle for jet is available yet but not the main nozzle. Just have to find someone that has a new old stock or used one.

You sure thats a 663 or is it a 633. My catalog says a MM-445 uses a TSX633. Value bilt has rebuilt and new ones by the way.

Here's some ideas:

1. If you got the nozzle out, Call Robert's Carburetor Repair and get a nozzle for A John Deere 40 or 420 carburetor. They have a website, but I don't have the ip address.

2. Call these guys and see if anyone has a carb: Welters 417-498-6496, Everetts 740-922-3335, Baucom 1-800-658-2309 (prices a bit high).

3. If you can come up with a Tsx97 from a Z, ZA or ZB, you can use it if you install your old throttle shaft. The old fuel line will probably not work, though as the inlet is on the size and your carb fuel inlet is on the back.

Don't waster your time with Roberts. The are the most overpriced people out there.

If you know another source for a nozzle, please share it with us.

I checked with a Deere dealer a few years ago and he said he could not get a nozzle.

News flash:
There are plenty of places to get carburetor parts other than the Deere mothership and Roberts. Same parts, half the price. Look at the other places mention in this subject.
