I have a jetstar or jetstar 2 that I do not know the year of. The info plate on the side of the trans is missing, but the plate on the engine is legible. Model 206L-4, Serial 16307091. Can someone tell the year and model from this info or let me know how to tell without the trans plate info.
Thanks

Your engine is a 1963 model. It's possible your tractor could be a Jet Star II as they were only built in 1963. It could also be a Big Mo but if the sheet metal looks like a Jet Star then it's a Jet Star II

Since it might be a jet2, One way to tell is the throttle. if it has a notched quadrant around the throttle lever where it goes through the console it would be a jet2. the Jetstar used only a compression nut around the shaft where it goes through the console.
