What is the difference of a 445 10A6032 and a 335 10A7502 crank is it in the throw for the connecting rod or is it in the flange where the flywheel goes? I know the 335 has a shorter stroke than the 445 but do they use a shorter rod or is it in the crankshaft to give it a shorter stroke? The reason I am asking is I have a 10A7502 crank all machined with a new set of .010 under bearings and need a crank for a 445. Do not know if I should use this crank or find a different one? Thank you for any input.

The 445 crank has a 5" stroke. The 335 crank has a 4" stroke. If you use the 335 crank, you will have to use the 335 rods also or the pistons will only come up to 1/2" below where they should and you will have very little compression. The 335 is 165 CuIn while the 445 is 206 CuIn.
