Yes, it can be adjusted and parts can be bought. There is either a plug on the side of the transmission or on the belly, I'm not familiar with that model of MM. There is a pin on the front of the clutch pack, pull it out. While holding the pin out rotate the star wheel then try the lever. When it takes a little effort to engage it should be close. I'm not sure how many lbs it take to be set at factory specs. You can find new clutch discs at your local Agco dealer.
