I'm lookin at a U Moline puller that is supposed to have a G crank with 800 HD blocks, pistons, and heads. How can I tell? What casting numbers should I look for on the blocks and heads? Yellow is new to me.

The 800 blocks are 8.6 inches tall the HD 800 heads are 10 A4227 4228 or 4229 with the highest comp being the 4229 and the 4227 are the lowest.

The blocks will be very tall and they might have two water ports on the side. There are several people out there that cut the sides out though and weld in single ports. They do a very good job of it too, you can't even tell same with the casting numbers.

I don't know what the numbers should be but I did notice that there are some heads on Ebay right now.
