Say, I might know this tractor. I saw a 5 Star standard (don"t recall if it was gas or diesel) sell at two auctions up here in Central Alberta (same tractor, sold twice within about a month). It had a stuck motor, no three point hitch, but it did have an Amplitorque transmission in it. The grill had been welded together a number of times, and the manifolds were in very rough shape. Rubber was reasonable on it. If I recall correctly, it sold for about $350 Canadian the first time, and about $400 Canadian the second time. I know the person who bought it for $350, and he just couldn"t get the motor loose. I don"t know what happened to it after that. Maybe it"s the same tractor.

Brad, Give a few more details. does it have three point? How is the sheet metal and gauges? How good are the tires and does it have power adjust wheels? Does it have lights and what does the over all body look like? Any extras like a front weight bracket? I gave 500.00 for mine some 8 years ago. I got lucky and didn't have to goe though the fuel pump on it. These bad boys can be expensive when it comes to the fuel system and heads. I gave 750.00 for my five star standard and it run with a blown head gasket and gave 2900.00 for my gas standard with and l800 loader on it. All are 58 models.

Thanks for the response. IT DOESN"T HAVE A 3-POINT TIRES ARE BAD TIN IS IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE GAUGES LOOK OK DON"T KNOW ABOUT WHEEL ADJUSTMENTS
