copper oil line for rocker arms

Hi, I have several blocks off a 206 and 165 mm engines. They are all good except for some of the copper oil tubes that oil the rocker arms. Some are bent and have the nails broke off. Has anyone made new ones and how? Any info would be great thanks.

I bought copper tubing and made some. It was hard to feed it in to the block and get it just right. Swear words will come from your mouth!!! I drove nails through it with proper spacing, but they have to be tight and not spin around if you bend the nails slightly to line up with the valve tops. I drove them through the pipe but also hunks of felt to absorb and drip the oil better. I cut up a wheel bearing felt seal and punched holes in it to slide on the copper pipe. Everetts told me you could wrap them in cotton string too. I made three sets before one was just right. I then used a flare tool to flare the part hanging out the bottom of the blocks. I filled a large syringe with oil, plugged the other end, and filled the tube under pressure on a level surface to make sure all oilers would drip properly. I would not like to do it ever again, but it can be done.
