Guys what type of paint did they use on our old molines? Been sandblasting with an industrial unit an that paint is pretty stubborn on certain areas. Almos seems like it has been baked on. Or has a 50/50 paint/hardener mixture on it.

MM used "low-bid" paint. It is said that they never paid over fifty cents a gallon for paint. Probably has a lead content which bonds really well on cast iron. Hope you are wearing a breathing mask. Keep the kids away from the paint chips and sand you are blasting off.
