I have a MM rowcrop , narrow front G with the front wheels frozen straight ahead. What is up with that? Any help would be appreciated...

There is a couple of places that it could be froze up. First there is a u-joint on the left hand side of the tractor (Left if setting on seat) on the one inch steering shaft. It is probably froze up if the tractor has been setting out in the weather. If that is not it, take off the grille and then there is a plate that covers the steering sector gears that more than likely has accumulated water over the years as the cork gasket has gone bad or that plate cover on top of the front wheels has rusted away letting it leak. Hate to tell you , but it will be a terrible mess in there...Good Luck----deadeye

I screwed up. It is a U that has the frozen front end. I just got 4 MM's and I am primarily a Farmall person, so I am thinking U, but saying G. Also might anyone out there have an LP tank to fit the U narrow front.

I have never seen a G with a narrow front. Can you post a picture?
