445 oil filter bolt

Does anyone out there have or know where I can get an oil filter canister bolt, the one that is hollow and goes through the center of the filter. I changed the oil on mine and I had a small leak, so I tightened it and the bolt broke off. It had already been repaired once. I welded it and it holds, and still leaks a little at the sealing washer.

You probably need a new washer too.
