COULD THIS BE THE WORLDS FINEST G706 ?? Sorry, Dont mean to brag,,, Well Ya I do! Through out the past year, I have posted questions and usualy recieved good answers and put up info as I got it about the G706 my ag Mech class was restoring. We basically spent a year working, I drove from Texas all the way to Minnesota in search of parts, We ended up using the very best pieces off of 4 different 705 and 706 tractors, every piece was made as close to perfect as possible, sand blasted, repaired painted and assembled. We completely went through and rebuilt the engine, pump, hydraulics, tranmission, EVERYTHING! I have well over 200 pictures from start to finish of this project. I have put a very few up at the following site to show what we started with and the finished product at the show. I will eventually put up more as I plan on the kids doing a web page detailing the entire rebuild. But for now, would every body pl;ease go look at the pictures and come back here and post what you think of the job they done so they can read your feedback, Thanks, Link I found that the pictures work best if you hit the slide show button, that way they fit the monitor and are not to big.
Also, I hate to do it, But this tractor is for sale, I have not determined a set price yet, but if you are interested, email me at [email protected] and make me an offer, as we need the money for our next project. I think we are going to do an 1155 Massey with a V8 perkins and cab.
