MM Propane GB needs help!

I am new to propane tractors and have a problem with my GB.
It has compression, it has spark, it has no fuel delivered to the carb.
The fuel tank is full, the vapor valve is turned on correctly, the filter is new and there is good fuel flow to the needle valve behind the diagram. The needle valve seems to function as designed.

The diaphram looks to be new, but, I suspect it may be my trouble.
As there is no fuel reaching the carb, I need to know what activates the needle valve (and diaphram) to allow fuel through to the carb.

The choke functions correctly but even on choke no fuel reaches the carb.
What could be my problem? If it is a bad diaphram, where could I find a new one? It is an Ensign system.

I am sure it is a simple problem, I just don't have any experience on these. Any help will be appreciated!

JIM,
#1 THERE IS AN ECONOMIZER ALSO THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE CARBURATOR WHICH CONTROLS THE LIGHT LOAD MIXTURE (IT IS THE SMALL ROUND BODY WITH THE VACUME HOOKED TO IT)YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY TURNING IT OUT SOME. I HAD TO TAKE MINE APART AND CLEAN IT. I COULD SEND YOU LOAD ADJUSTMENT INFO IF YOU LIKE.
#2 YOU CAN STILL GET A DIAPHRAM KIT FOR THE REGULATOR FROM HERMAN, LONE WOLF, OK. 580-846-5833 FOR ABOUT $50 DOES NOT INCLUDE NEEDLE VALVE OR ANY METAL PARTS.
#3 CENTURY SELLS A REPLACEMENT REGULATOR FOR SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS.
#4 LOOK AROUND FOR ANOTHER REGULATOR.
I'VE DONE QUITE A BIT OF RESEARCH HERE BUT WITH NO REAL PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE I FOUND ANOTHER REGULATOR FOR MINE. WOULD BE GLAD TO SHARE WHAT I KNOW. STEVE

The liquid valve should be opended to run the tractor. If you don't the tractor won't have enough power. You will know when to refuel when the frost diapears from the nut on the front side of the regulator. The vaccum from the cylinders is what make the diaphram move. There was somebody from Oklahoma that was making the kits but I have lost his address.

I have worked on these in the past. The best advice I can give you is to get a repair manual for your G and follow the test procedures. I BELIEVE that it is engine vacuum that pulls on the diaphram and allows fuel to pass. I'd remove the unit and work on it on the bench. Use compressed air in place of fuel and play with it.

I should have added that I do have the owners manual and followed the recommended procedures with no success.
I screwed out the economiser/load control out 4 full turns.
