I bought an MM M5 at a farm auction Saturday. Any "quirks" on these models?? It seems to "growl" more in the low range on the "ampli-torque" setting?? Any info on this??? Also, anyone have a source or "cross application" for tie rod ends for this tractor?

MM recommended not using the low range till the transmission was warmed up. Take good care of the ampli-torque: you won't like repair costs.

The M5 pto hp is 61 Gas and 58 diesel. Would love to find an M5 like the one you describe. Good luck. Good luck, John McLucas
