On a G1000 propane whats the best way to pull the motor? The no 2 rod went on sat. Need to overhaul
the motor, The crank will eather have to be turned or replaced depends how bad it is. Does any one know about the workins of the propane system, Any one have parts, A good shut off valve solonid? Are there many of these tractors with propane out there? Any help or hints would be good.

I don't think there is an easy way to pull the motor. I can give you some help on the LP Gas carburetor. An electric shut off is a nice saftey feature but, they are expensive and you can always turn the fuel off at the tank. If you are wanting to install one because the LP vaporizer is leaking fuel through, then you you should fix the vaporizer. This is an indication that the primary valve is leaking or the secondary valve is not adjusted correctly. Either one of these problems is easy to fix. Do you have Century or Impco carburetion? I have a crank for a G 1000 LP if you need one.
