Does anyone know the actual weight of a G955 Diesel? I need to have one hauled and I don't know the actual weight. I saw where the factory shipping weight is approx 9,400 lbs.
This is an open station tractor that has calcium in the rear tires but no weights.
Thanks in advance.

An open station G-955 should weigh around 13,000 lbs with calcium and no weights.I used to pull my G-900 MM in the 12,000 lb stock class and it weighed in at just under 12,000 lbs with no weights and rear tires half full or more of calcium, half tank fuel, etc.Had 18.4x38 rears.

My G955 Diesel with factory cab and no weights and no calcium chloride weighs approximately 12000 pounds. Calcium chloride in the tires can easily add a ton of weight on 18.4 x 38 tires.

Terry, I sold one several years ago to Bill Williams over in Baldwyn,Ms. He hauled it off on a trailer behind a f-350 Powerstroke.I am located in South Alabama and have often regretted getting rid of Mighty Mo as we called him. That weight is probably correct. I also sold Bill a 670lp junker. I sold a Big Mo 400 to my cousin who let it sit and lock up and then he sold it for junk prices. I would love to find a G1000lp vista somewhere nearby to play with, or a diesel.Hope this rambling helps.
