I have 5 g1000 wheatland tractors in various conditions- from field ready to parts. All are front wheel assist. Any ideas on what they might be worth?

How did you ever come across 5 g1000 fwds How many years have you had them ?

The value of them that all depends on What condition and what is someone willing to pay.
I know for a fact that there were more G1000 Wheatland fwds made over the G900 fwd and the G1000 vista fwd .The G900 there were only 25 made I have been told that the vista numbers are around 25 to 50 but the G1000 LPG gas vista fwd. I know of only 3 and the production #'s of these tractors are not consecutive. I know of 5 G1000 Wheatland fwds sold in the last year the price range was from $2500 to $10,000 .The $2500 one is basicaly a basket case it needed a lot of attention ."Haul it home in the back end of a pickup" !! The other 2 brought around $5000 and $7000 the $5000 one had a stuck engine and still had missing parts .The $7000 was vary high hour tractor still in need of fixing .And the $10,000
one was on a auction still in need of fixing but a vary nice one to restore .
Not for sure of the price of the 5th one . But it was in the best original condition a person could ever come across . These aren't tractors that you see evey day but they are still out there ?

Hope this helps out

I beleive that you are sitting on a valuable collection of tractors. Not very long ago I saw a Vista w/FWA for sale for over $17,000 in running but unrestored condition. Two days ago I was talking with a fellow MM colector who has both a G1000 Vista/FWA and a Wheatland/FWA. As I was doting over the Vista, he told me that in his many years of collecting he has seen over a dozen Vistas with FWA but only 2 Wheatlands w/FWA. He also said that the Wheatlands w/FWA were more rare. If you can bring yourself to part with one of your FWA tractors I would like to make you a serious offer. I would be interested in a mostly complete, but non-running tractor. Thanks and good luck.

Jake

Dittos for the advice you got from Mr. Cotton.I would like a chance at giveing your tractors a good home. After a look over by a White mechanic to repair everything and atop notch paint job your tractors will occasionally pull a load of a corn into town against the numerous new John Deer models everybody seems to be useing. Boy wouldn't that shake things up.My number is 319-444-2284 here in Iowa.

The parts tractors are worth around $2500 and the field ready ones are around $5000-$6000. I bought a G900 FWA in pieces for $2500 a couple of years ago and a G1000 Vista FWA running for $5000. That is where I came up with my prices. Hope this helps.
