I got this throttle control in a box of stuff, and I am wondering if it is a MM part or not....if that paint color is right it may be a MM or possibly Catipillar....Any thoughts would be appreciated of whats this for

The handle with the push button on the top looks exactly like the hand throttle on my 22 Caterpillar. However the rest of it doesn't look familiar. This may have come off the starting motor of a Cat grader - D6 ???
