We had one leaked for years, so when we put back together we used to manifold gaskets back to back. Also, use a sealant, you can get it at an auto parts store it is high temp, orange tube. Your other option which has been mentioed is to take it to a machine shop and have them plane the manifold down some so it all matches. Good luck. Can"t tell you on the horsepower, I would guess 14-17?

Claude,

If resurfacing doesn't fix it and you don't find one , I can build it up so that you can resurface it
