I am going to look at a U Diesel. You know the story, ran when parked. The motor is not stuck. I am guessing it needs a block and head. Will the heads from a G or GB diesel fit? Any other MM diesel heads fit on this thing??? Does anyone have a spare head lying around??? I am in LP Gas country and not many of these around here.

i have a set of blocks and heads for a ub diesel in michigan they were at machine shop and are clean but will need the usual honned and valves done

Roger, G or GB diesel heads are the same. I have a set of 10A4222 diesel heads with injectors to sell. These are the same, but you need bigger 4.625 blocks from the 336 engine. They al bolt together as easy as legos.

I am going to look at the tractor again tomorrow. Will try to determine if it needs a head. Where are you located?
