Still need help with 1355 hydralics

I have a front loader hooked to the external hydraulic control. On one circuit the cylinders move only an inch or so when I move the control levers. I have rebuilt both detent valves. I have adjusted the bad circuit by backing the adjustment screw out all the way and I still only get an inch or so movement of the cylinder. The manual implies that there is insufficient fluid return flow to the valve to allow the cylinder to move. Does anyone have any ideas or experience? I'd sure appreciate the help. Thanks, DGW

I assume that we are talking about a MM 1355 with the back half being Oliver mostly- hydraulics etc. We have a White 2-150 which is about the same except the cab.
Are you sure the quick couplers are all working right? There are small differences in universal couplers that sometimes do not pop the couplers enough to make them work right.
Have you tried putting a coupler on a piece of hose and running it in to a container and operating the valves a short time to see what the flow is out of each? Make sure you have a large enough container and ease the valve open slowly. Good luck.
