My M602 has a L800 lodaer on it. Everything works fine until you go to roll the bucket back. When I spear a round bale I can do everything except for tilting the bale back. I can put pressure down with the loader then roll it back a little. So I keep doing this until the bale wont fall off the spear. Any ideas? I read something about sequencing the control valves in a I&T manual. Does this work? Cylinders do not appear to be bypasing oil internally.

Will the bucket roll back without anything on or in it?

Yes, everything works fine without a load in it. Its just when there is something on/in the bucket. It even does it with a small load of 2" rock.

The bucket roll won't roll back as big a bale as the loader will lift but it sounds like the spool your roll is connected to is out of adjustment. Operating a spool also operates the master spool through a setscrew with a locknut. If the master spool isn't moved far enough, it doesn't cover the return port & therefore doesn't develope the correct pressure. It is possible to adjust the setscrew through the top opening, but it isn't much fun. You might be better off to sycronize the whole vavle assembly. Make sure you mark the springs & put them back in the correct location.

To make sure that is the problem, you could swap the hoses for the lift & roll & try it again. If it still doesn't work your pressure is likely low.
