Another example of a guy out for the almight dollar. Funny what money does to you, especially when you think your stuff is better than anybody elses. Public auction, it sold, then that is what it's worth.....just my two cents.

I believe that $65,100 was a fair price for an unrestored UDLX MM.If the owner thought it was worth more than that then he should have had a reserve on it.Everyone should stay away from this ebay seller.I would be very upset if I were the winning bidder and the seller refused to honor my winning bid!!

I don't know what the real problem was or why the seller "wanted more money". Did he want more money to ship it? If he wouldn't sell it at the agreed-upon price, that's a REAL problem. The other complain was that the seller wanted cash, but if you scroll down to the bottom it said he would accept a money order or a cashier's check. Maybe the buyer was hoping for credit terms?

I'm not sure we're getting enough of the whole story to condemn either of these guys, buyer or seller. I've found that most e-bay sellers are honest, try to represent things fairly and are up-front about details such as acceptable payments. If the seller wouldn't keep up his end of the deal, that's a problem. If the buyer expected free shipping or something other than a cash deal, that's HIS problem.

the seller craig beeger used to post alot here and on minneapolis moline.com don`t hear much from him anymore. What I understand --- I got this from the buyer-- craig wanted alot more for the tractor. and would not sell it. If you know what you want for something it should not be on an auction site if it is then it should have a reserve. j

If I was [mmgvi], the buyer, I would be talking to an attorney. If someone cares to talk to the seller, he posted his phone number in his Ebay ad. It is 320 597 3392.

I agree as well but it really doesn't concern no one else but the two parties involved on this. Learn and take note of the problems here with this. But that is a breach of contract on the part of selling there on ebay because they even state it is legal and binding. That would be construed as false advertisement and he does has a case and can sue. A little foot note for me is not to buy anything from him.

I agree with you take note and don`t buy from this seller. I find it interesting due to the tractor. I think most people are honest but a guy like this gives internet sales a bad name
