Hey guys, Any body care to give an opinion on what a 1940 "UTS" would be worth. It was restored about 3 or 4 years ago, and runs and looks good. Thanks to any one who would care to give an opinion!

There was one on ebay brought over 1800 in western Kansas, nice looking tractor, considering where it was that was probably about right ( I am in Ohio). Had it been closer I would have put some money at, I figured it was worth 2300.00 to me. This of course is my opinion, molines and cases don't seem to be bringing much, but your a red face uts is definitely worth more than a later U or a narrow front of the same vintage.

Joanne,
What's your location? Here in Michigan I've seen a restored one sell for $1800 at an all MM auction.

Depending on tires and options, if it looks and runs good, it should be worth $2500 or so.I have a 41 UTU and after I get it painted, I wouldn't sell it for less. Post a photo ad here asking $3000 and see what happens.
