I have a G1000 vista that is getting moisture in oil i recentlly replaced the water pump but still have a trace of moisture in oil.When you pull the dipstick out while the motor is running you can see moisture form on the dipstick holder motor does not get hot or there is know sign of smoke coming out of exhaust . I bought it a few months back it was overhauled with only 50 hours on it. Can someone give me any advice.

YOU MIGHT ALSO WANT TO CHEAK AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A GOOD THERMOSTAT INSTALLED AND YOUR ENGINE IS COMING UP TO TEMPERATURE.

I put new thermostats and water pump on 2 weeks ago i have changed oil 3 times the water pump shaft seal was really bad.It does not put any smoke out the stack as if it was burning off the anti-freeze on start up.It has 4232 heads i was told it might be cracked around the exhaust outlet or around the valve guides.I am taking it in next week to be tore down and checked out.

I don't know about G1000s, but U crankcases will sweat inside when the humidity gets high. Especially sitting over the winter. Is there any chance yours happened to condense any water while sitting?

Also, Doesn't burning Diesel fuel make a bit of moisture, too?
