Since the 60's, when draining systems that don't have a separate power steering pump, we disconnect the line that goes to the power steering at the hyd pump (or remove the plug from the pump if there is no power steering), connect a short line or hose to the pump and put the other end in a container then start tractor at an idle. Turn tractor off as soon as the system is empty. Don't run above an idle or let it run after it is empty or the pump will be damaged.

There is a drain plug, may incorporate the filler/dipstick on the lower righthand rear corner of the 3 point unit, then it's just a question of getting the water out of the rest of the system, maybe someone else has experience with that part and will help.
