It will weight in at close to 6700# with out any extra fuild or weights.

Thanks Kevin for the quick response.I have to move One of these tractors I am planing on swopping the differential from 5 Star on to M5 though am not certain what is making the noise in the M5.I am expecting to see start of erection on my shop,30 X 50 this week.Presently have 5 M-M 6 Case, 2 IH,1 FORD,1JD and a Ferguson TO 30.I need a throttle butterfly cross shaft for an 335.Also having a problem w/ throttle drift down on both of my 335 The little friction discs are worn out but am having no luck trying to remove the cast iron cup that holds the nylon bushing in way of the throttle shaft at its upper end.I'll call you sometime soon.Thanks ,regards John Cooney

If your 335 is like mine, the friction part is a tapered nylon sleeve that goes down into the cup in the steering column casting. They are supposed to be pinned to the throttle shaft, but the pin was broken in mine. To replace it, I had to remove the lever from the lower end of the throttle rod and pull the throttle rod out of the steering column. When I reinstalled it, I backed it up with a 7/16" shaft collar so the pin doesn't bear all the tension load the spring puts on it.

Kelvin;thanks for the information.I am certain that you are correct about the friction system and indeed the pin had rusted and let go. However my throttle rod has a collar welded on the shaft which will not allow removal unless I can remove the bushing that contains the tapered nylon sleeve.I have two 335 s and a BI.All have the same throttle symptems.I had not heard of a BI until I found this one.Looks to me like 445 and it is LP.

Last week I fixed the throttle on my G706. It has the same type of throttle and problems. I ended up removing the whole steering column putting ti in a vice and using heat to get it apart.
