I plan on planting soybeans next spring on 10 acres.
I have an old pull type MM 69 Harvestor combine with a Scour Kleen. I plan to plant a variety where I will have the option of saving seeds.
Two questions.
Will the Scour Kleen clean the seeds well enough to be used for planting without further cleaning?

Second, I am having trouble finding a variety that is not Roundup Ready and protected by patents. Where should I go to seek old time "save your own seed" type soybean seed?

Hi, I doubt if your scour clean will remove pods and broken stems which will give you the most trouble when planting. It removes weed seeds I know. Non round-up soybeans are available from the seed dealers, (DeKalb, Pioneer, Croplan, ect.). If you think you could have a weed problem next year, round up beans could clean up your field.
