I just bought a MM combine from a friend of mine, and I need some help. I was looking for pictures so I may restore it back to original working condition. I have not yet been able to locate the model # or the serial #. What I know of this combine is that it is a pull type, with an engine on it which runs the machine. Would anyone be able to help me locate pictures to make restoring it a lot easier. The help would be greatly appreciated. Also, where is the serial # located.
Thanks so Much

I bought a G-4 MM combine this summer. Had been in a shed for 20 years. All the belts are on it and I have had the engine running some already. Needs some carb. work but I think the engine will run fine and the rest of the machine is totally complete with a windrow pickup head and spreader. It has the 206 MM engine like a Z tractor up on top and a hopper quite high in the air above the left wheel with an auger coming out. Is this what yours looks like. The name plate is on the right side of the main body about where the straw walkers would be. Some of the earlier ones had a slide opening to dump the hopper, not an auger. I could take some pictures if needed.

I own a MM pulltype and also have manuals and pictures.
I could help you on the "69 Harvestor" and the "Harvestor 88". If you have a larger two man unit, I know of one in the weeds about 70 miles away and could take pictures of it if need be.
Good luck.

The serial number should be on a metal plate located on the sheet metal on the right side of the machine, toward the rear. Not sure where you can fine photos of one, but when you discover what model it is, let us know and that might help with locating photos.
