Here is my U pulling last Sunday at our club's end of the season pull. Didn't finish well, but I had a good pull..... and it didn't die on me, but that is another story.

And here is my ZB. Finished 5th out of 16 in the 3601 to 4500 class. I was pleased with that since I haven't pulled with it much this year, and am just starting to get back into the pulling groove. This was a percentage pull, and I weighed 4000 on the nose. My U weighed 5460 in the 4501 to 5500 class.

Does your dad's tractor look anything like this?

Yes there are a couple of Z's that pull with our group mine included that run pretty good. Two of them are ZA's and my ZB. Wish you could have made it with your R. Do you live close?

Yes, that is dad pulling his Wards, didn't finish as well as he normally does.I live in Connersville and dad in Brookville. There is the Franklin County tractor show and pull at Brookville ,Thursday and Friday nights. There is always a large number of tractors some classes have as many as seventy tractors. Alot of good competition.

Well that is cool. I have never been to any of the shows or pulls at Brookville. I have heard they are good, but 70 tractors in a class, WOW!!!!! !!! I grew up just north of Glenwood, but I live north west of Indy now in Lebanon. In case you don't know there is going to be another pull at Shelbyville on Oct 9th @ 1pm. They are having distance and percentage classes. Maybe I'll see you there?
