I would like a 335 propane or at least the metal and tank to convert my junker. Were there a few made? Where do I find the hood and such. Jet star sides are different (I know, I tried 335 metal on a Jet Star), but center hood should be the same right? Not sure what I need.

There is a utility in my area and that is the only one I have ever seen. Most of the sheet metal on the 335 only fits the 335. We did have a set of side hoods off a 445 lp and they may still be around, I would have to check. I think the size is diferent though. You might try putting a wanted ad on here and with some dealers that get M-M's in often and have them let you know when one comes in. It would also be good to check with salvage yards in areas where lp's were often sold. We have a jet star 3 lpg at work for sale. If you would like to see a photo it is on the stores website www.deurimplement.com under the used tractor section. I would spend a few months looking first before doing a lot of changes. You never know what you might find.

Pete, the Jet Star side panels are the same hole pattern but deeper than a 335, so I believe a 445 would be the same. The top hood should be the same on all three. I have the 335, but Just want to switch to propane to match my 5-star.

The parts are listed in the repair parts manual so I assume MM made some of them. I have only ever seen one. It was a Universal at Welters quite a few years ago. It all looked factory.
