I am looking at a G900 propane. It is straight and runs but I am unsure what to offer the guy. Needs a few hydraulic fittings replaced but pretty good machine. What do they go for these days? I ususally deal with antique but always wanted a biggy MM.

I see them sell for 1500-3500 at farm sales in KS and OK. Great value if you need serious horse power.

Thinking of offering up to $2500. It is in good shape and runs well. What is the rated h.p.?

The book says:

97 pto hp
87 drawbar hp
2.2-17.4 mph
dry weight 10,160

Most people you ask say 100 hp and are happy at that. They are designed to pull and they are way more maneuverable than the typical wheatland tractor like the G705 etc. I would like to have one myself but have just never found the right deal on one, got outbid last winter on one. Good luck getting that one.

You never know. I don"t intend on keeping this one forever. I will probably put a new seat on it and clean and tighten a few things. Sell it later. I don"t have room for one, but have never driven a big new six cyl MM. Just my GBD. Always wanted to drive a G1000 or newer. G1355 someday...
