ok.. now i know a little about this scenario..
i know that a G1000 rear end wasnt the best in the world,, and i know a 800 has some SERIOUS POWER.. but i have heard of people running 605's and all they did was put a cooler on the rearend and make some oil ports larger.. now what i'm curious is.. if i enlarge these ports.. add a cooler and run a synthetic oil do ya'll think i'd get along alright as long as im sensible??

IF this is insane please tell me Thanks Sponz

First if you use a late model G1000 vista or G1050 rear end they are quite a bit heavier in the rearend gears, like an inch wider. If you can find an antiwear additive that won't mess with the torque it would probably hold up good. Great idea for an A4T-1400 or 1600. would of added years to the trannies. Of all the junk tractors at the salvage yards i've seen over loading and over ballasting have cause serious pealing of the gears. although not many of them are blown up. Not anymore than John Deere, IHC or Case, etc, etc. A lot of your high performance gear boxes use antiwear or antiscuff additives, with out them they just turn into junk.
