locking rearend for mm 5star without welding

I have a 5 star pulling tractor and looking for a way lock the rearend without welding and give it a way to turn thankyou

I don't think you want to. You want to be able to control it when the front gets off the ground, so you'll have to keep the differential so you can steer with the brakes.
If you watch pullers real close, sometimes they'll have their rear weights-one or more of them offset to one side. That's the side that spins out first if weighted the same on both sides, so they move a little weight to that side to compensate.
