Can someone steer me right on a MM 445?

I am wondering if anyone knows how to fix a 445 with "tight spots" in the power steering. I replaced leaking o-ring seals in the
hydraulic steering motor, and despite my best efforts at bleeding the system, I still have "tight spots" that were not there prior to
the new o-rings. Does anyone know the proper procedure for bleeding the system? Is air in the system even the trouble? Any
ideas would be much appreciated.

The air is bled out just like any other power steering system. Turn the wheel lock to lock.
Are you sure you have steady pressure for the slave valve to operate with?

The lift and steering are powered off the same pump, it seems, and the lift works fine. I did not have this problem until I changed the leaking o-ring seals in the steering box. I am not sure of the pressure, however. I have turned the tractor lock to lock many many times, both running and off, with the front wheels on the ground and off. I've also tried letting the steering box take in fluid from an external container and tubing while turning lock to lock. Air will bleed out of the system, but the "tight" problem remains. I'm running out of ideas...

This is a wild shot, but may not be thought of otherwise.
I once rebuilt the brake mastercylinder on my Honda motorcycle, using OEM parts. The cylinder would build pressure easily but would not release the calipers after the handle was released. I found that the piston sealcup was manufactured too thick and when pressure was released, the cup would not return past the relief port allowing the pressure to return to the reservoir.

Point is, try another set of seals to ensure that there isn't a manufacturing error. Can't hurt to try?
